Idaho Babies Have Never Been in Greater Danger

Proposition One is now on the ballot. The national abortion industry is pouring millions into Idaho to persuade you to give up on Idaho’s very future.

Stay Informed. Get Involved.

Death is on the ballot this November. Help us Stop This Assault on our Most Precious Values!

The Bottom Line

It is black and white. The Abortion Industry ballot measure would strip women and preborn babies of every protection afforded by the Law. Idaho voters will be asked to choose Life … or choose Death.

What kind of people will we be? What sort of world will we leave our children and grandchildren?

Let’s Set the Record Straight

The Defense of Life Act works. Don’t fall for the fake news. Here are the Facts:

  • Yes, Idaho’s law protects the life and health of mothers. Maternal mortality has actually declined since the Law took effect in 2022.
  • The Media promised that the world would almost certainly end if Idaho stopped killing babies in the womb. But what has actually happened? Some 6,800 babies have been saved. Thousands of women have been spared from a painful abortion history. We all know … abortion is no favor to women.
  • Not a single doctor has been prosecuted since DOLA became law in 2022. In fact, there hasn’t even been a complaint filed with the Board of Medicine. And not a single lawsuit against a medical provider. The law is not about persecuting doctors … it’s about saving babies.
  • The Liberal Media blames babies for Idaho’s doctor and nursing shortage. But the fact is … Idaho has had a shortage for many decades — throughout all the years of Roe v. Wade. Killing more babies will not bring more doctors to Idaho. But better pay, education and better working conditions will.
  • The Defense of Life Act is nothing new or radical. It was the law in Idaho for 110 years — before Roe was imposed on the people of Idaho. DOLA is a return to the values that made Idaho great!

A Note on the Data: Physician specialties are self-reported to the Idaho Board of Medicine, and declaring a specialty is voluntary rather than required. As a result, these figures likely understate the true number of physicians practicing OB/GYN in Idaho — the actual total may well be higher than shown here.
